Don't purchase anything from here. Gentech PC and its owner " Ken Lee " takes the money and don't send you anything after you pay. Everybody knows them now that they are scammers!

I purchased an MSI Raider gaming laptop from GenTechPC, for nearly $3,000 in October. As soon as I received it, I notified Ken (one-man company?) that the sound system was defective. He acknowledged and told me I'd have an RMA number by end-of-day... and then he ghosted me. He refuses my calls and emails, and I've been forced to dispute the charge with my bank - a long and slow process, during which I have no usable laptop because this one is all packed-away in perfect condition, ready for return, as required per the Returns Page of this website. The other one-star review from the end of October used to say something similar before the text was mysteriously changed down to one single character. That guy said he paid for his laptop but it was never sent out, despite contacting Ken many times. I would avoid spending ANY money with this website right now because something fishy is clearly going on with the owner.
